This large semi-detached farmhouse is set in a large courtyard of similar properties, surrounded by fields, mountains and forest. beautiful walks to enjoy, with the llanllwni mountain in full view. the brechfa forest is a short drive with lovely walks and picnic spots. for coastal lovers, the seaside delights and sandy beaches of new quay, llangrannog and aberporth are well worth a visit, offering boat trips, water sports and a host of shops, pubs and eateries. a little further along is aberaeron, famous for the colourful palette of its harbourside buildings. llandysul is just a 15 minute drive with independent shops and river walks to enjoy.
