This detached cottage, comprehensively refurbished in 2018, sits in an enviable position overlooking the teifi valley. situated just a few miles from the market town of llandysul which has a good range of independent shops, pubs and eateries. the stunning west wales coastline is surprisingly close, just over 11 miles to the seaside resort of aberporth, and follow the coastline and visit the beach at new quay and the harbour at aberaeron. a little closer to home is cenarth with its renowned waterfalls and rich history of coracle fishing, a perfect place to explore. Situated on a lovely working farm, this cosy retreat is located just three miles from narberth. offering a lovely day out for the discerning shopper with a museum, art gallery, independent shops and eateries, with lots of locally produced food. the coastal resorts of tenby and saundersfoot are a short drive away, with iconic harbours and golden sandy beaches. historic castles at carew, manorbier and pembroke, attractions such as folly farm and heatherton are all waiting to be enjoyed. walkers have the best of both worlds with renowned pembrokeshire coastal path stretching 186 miles or the rugged splendour of the preseli mountains, making this a destination with something for all. as you enter the shepherd's hut you will be greeted by your lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area. the kitchen is well proportioned and equipped with a gas hob, fridge and microwave, everything you could need to rustle up a simple breakfast or evening meal during your stay. the lounge area has a two seater sofa and a wood-burner to get cosy on those cooler nights. to the rear of the hut is your comfortable double bed with handy built in storage. a smart tv has been provided which can be visible form the sofa or the bed so you can watch television or stream your favourite shows with your breakfast in the morning or cosied up in bed at night. there is a contemporary shower room with shower and wc, perfect to freshen up after a day of exploring. outside you have your own private garden over looking onto open fields and the countryside, with a flagstone patio and lawn area. outdoor seating has been provided as well as a firepit so you can really make the most the evenings. there is parking for one car available in the shared courtyard. a shared hot tub is also available for guests use, timeslots can be booked and it is cleaned between use. there is an onsite shared laundry facility where a washing machine is provided.
